Find and Clear the Horadric Strongroom
Locate the gate to Diablo 4 Items the Horadric Strongroom inside the dungeon.
Once inside:
Defeat all enemies quickly to charge the meter.
Activating Shrines and Ritual Pillars speeds up meter charging.
When the timer expires, Agony, the mini-boss, will spawn.
Agony Boss Mechanics
Attacks: Fiery area-of-effect zones and fireballs spreading in all directions.
Damage: Fire and poison damage types.
Phase: At 25% HP, Agony disappears temporarily, summoning waves of adds.
Strategy:
Kite enemies near shrines to keep buffs active.
Avoid standing in AOE poison zones to prevent damage over time.
Use movement speed buffs to clear adds efficiently.
Loot and Complete
Defeat Agony.
Loot the chest in the Strongroom to collect the Blood Relic—required for quest completion.
Finish the rest of buy Diablo IV Items the Nightmare Dungeon for additional rewards if desired.
